DECEMBER 2009 North West property investor Hollins Murray Group Ltd (HMG) is happy to report that its relatively new tenant, up and coming fashion retailer, Concept Retail Ltd, has enjoyed an incredible initial six month’s trading in it’s new home on Leicester Street in Northwich. Concept’s owner Rob Frost, who’s also taken another unit in the town, has reported better than expected trading figures at his Leicester Street unit which just shows that his decision to expand within Northwich taking a second store has paid off. Renowned for its strong footfall due to being the main link between the high street and the town’s big Marks and Spencers, 8 Leicester Street is now fully let. Other tenants include Costa, Boots, Jessops, Gamestation, Skipton Buildng Society and H Samuel. Acting on behalf of HMG, Brady Chartered Surveyors secured a 10 year deal with Concept worth £29,000 per annum. The addition of Concept Retail Ltd now means that HMG’s Leicester Street site now offers Northwich shoppers a more varied tenant mix. Speaking on behalf of Hollins Murray Group Ltd, CEO Nick Casson said “We’re always pleased to hear of positive trading figures at our properties especially in relation to new tenants such as when they’re unexpected as Rob Frost at Concept.
