HMG ACQUIRES AGAIN IN WREXHAM

HMG has added again to its portfolio of prime retail assets in Wrexham, acquiring 53a and 54 Hope Street in an off market transaction for a price of £1.45 million. The properties are let to Timpsons, Greggs and Rockbottom and produce a total rent of £71,700 per annum.

Nick Casson, Director of HMG comments, "The properties adjoin our main holding in the town centre which includes prime retail frontages in Hope Street, Queen Street and Henblas Street. To us, there was an obvious marriage value."

HMG were represented by Cheetham and Mortimer and the vendor, a private investor was represented by Aston Rose.
