HMG ‘ROLLS OUT’ ANOTHER LETTING IN QUEENSFERRY

Property company, the Hollins Murray Group Limited (HMG), has announced a new letting to Buckley Carpets at the Interlinq Trade Park in Queensferry.

Buckley Carpets has taken a 2,626 sq ft unit on a 6 year lease at a rent of £17,500 per annum.

The retailer, which specialises in carpets and rugs, has stores across the North of England and Wales and was founded in Buckley, Flintshire.

HMG acquired Interlinq in 2005 and worked closely with the developers of the site, Stretton Estates, to create nine trade counter units, ranging in size from 2,238 sq ft to 12,420 sq ft. Interest in the trade park remains strong with a handful of units remaining, ranging in size from 2,238 sq ft to 9,797 sq ft.

Comments Chief Executive of Hollins Murray Group, Andrew Murray: “We are delighted to announce this new letting to Buckley Carpets and as Queensferry continues to attract considerable interest from the retail sector, Interlinq is a key element of HMG’s strategic expansion into the region.

He continues: “Interlinq enjoys a prime location on the busy junction of the A494 Expressway and A55 Chester Road just two miles from the Wales /England border and five miles from Chester. It serves a wide geographic area making it an ideal site for any potential tenant seeking a base that gives them easy access to retailers across the region.”
